Sweetcorn fritters adapted from food with flair recipe book

INGREDIENTS

1 tin creamstyle corn1 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) Salt and pepper 1 teaspoon ground chilli and garlic 1 teaspoon crushed cumin (optional) 1 cup selfraising flour 2 eggs Chopped coriander
Optional Spring onions Onions Cheese

METHOD

Mix all ingredients together. Fry like flapjacks on a greased pan medium heat. Enjoy with green chutney. It's a anytime kinda snack/meal
