INGREDIENTS

1 cut chicken 1 teaspoon ginger garlic2 teaspoon chilli powder1 tab crushed chillies1 teaspoon garlic1 teaspoon dhania (coriander) powder1 teaspoon jeera powderHalf teaspoon turmeric 1 tab lemon juice1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)Half teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon black pepper crushedOilButterSliced peppers and onions

METHOD

Mix all spices together with oil and marinate chickenCook on stoveWhen chicken is cooked add a slice of butter and sliced onions and peppers and let it stir fry Serve with veg and fries
