1 kg chicken fillet1 tab crushed chilliesLemon juice1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon dhania (coriander) powder1 teaspoon jeera powder
Half cup oilHalf cup vinegar4 tab chilli powder 1 teaspoon salt
METHOD
Marinade chicken with spices and add to skewers and cook in oven (covered with foil)Once cooked remove foilMake a basting with the oil, vinegar, salt and chilli powder Brush basting onto skewers and let it get char grilled in oven and brush again with basting
