½ cup dhal boil for 15 minutes2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)200gr onion sliced250 gr onion cubedSalt to taste½ teaspoon tumeric powder1 teaspoon chillie powder1 level teaspoon ginger garlic masala
METHOD
Literally boil the dhalIn a separate pot add the remaining ingredients mix and cook on medium for 5 minutes than add in boiled dhal with the remaining water and cook on low till your desired consistency
