Use Bought Paneer(I made my own with 1 lt Milk homemade)See recipe on the grpHad about 12 Cubes)
Liquidize 1 medium onionAnd 3 tomatoes Add 1 teaspoon garlic½ teaspoon dhania (coriander) powder1 teaspoon Dhana Jeera mix½ teaspoon Garam Masala1 teaspoon Salt ½ teaspoon Sugar 1 teaspoon Kashmiri Chilli Powder½ teaspoon tumericKeep aside
In a seperate pot
Add100g ghee (Clarified butter)2 tablespoon OilHeat Add little whole jeeraLittle mustard seedsFew Curry Leaves Cinnamon stick Elachi (cardomom) pods bayleafCut up Green chilliLet it splutter till aroma arises add the liquidised mixtureLet it cookAdd little water Cook wellWhen almost done Add ¼ Cup Fresh cream1 teaspoon Kasuri Methi (Fenugreek)Now add the paneer Cook few minutesThe gravy must be slightly ThickAdjust Chilli and Salt taste Garnish with Chopped dhania (coriander)
