Chop 1 head cabbage rinse drain and set aside.Cut and wash 1 kg mutton pieces. Drain set aside.
Braise 1 big sliced onion in ghee (Clarified butter) with 1 teaspoon whole jeeru (cumin) Few peppercorns Few cloves Taj Elachi (cardomom) slit chillies dry red chillies. Add in 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa red ginger garlic 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger garlic Add in meat2 tablespoon mustard sauce Salt1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo 2 teaspoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)Allow meat to fry.Add in cabbage place 1 cup liquidised tomatoes on top. Seal lid tightly. Cook on low for 1 hour.Allow to cook till all moisture evaporates.Serve with lekker hot rotis
