RECIPE

3 egg whites beat till stiff with ½ cup castor sugar. Add in 1 tablespoon vanilla Fold in 1 level cup flour 1 cup almonds Bake for 45 minutes.Cool completely. Slice thin. Bake at 100⁰ for an hour turning ½way.
