These golden biscotti are packed with buttery flavour and a generous mix of cashews, macadamias, pecans, and almonds 🥜🍪 Perfect with a cup of chai, coffee or just on their own — they’re nutty, crisp and irresistible!

RECIPE
                      125 g butter¾ cup sugarMix
Add 2 eggs1 teaspoon vanilla essence Mix
Add2 cups flour1 teaspoon baking powder ¾ cup mixed nuts (Cashew, macadamia,  pecan, almonds )
Form dough.Divide into 2 portions.Shape into a logBake @160 ° thermofan oven for 30 - 35 minutes.Slice and place flat on to baking tray.Return to oven 140 °  20 - 25 minutes turning over halfway.
