6 egg whites
1 cup castor sugar
2 cups flour
1 cup pecans
1 cup pista (pistachio nuts)
2 cups almonds
20 red cherries
20 green cherries (halved)
Beat egg whites till stiff.Add sugar gradually.
Add flour ,pecan,pistas & almonds.lastly add cherries.
Bake at 180deg till brown.wrap in foil and plastic packet.keep in fridge for 2 days.slice and bake at 100deg till crisp.
I usually bake it for 2 hours on 100deg and then 140 deg for 2-5min (please don’t leave it for longer.It will burn and all your hard work will be gone down the drain-I learnt this the hard way🙈
