RECIPE

6-8 fillets cut and washed Marinate with:¼ - ½ cup freshly squeezed orange juice1 teaspoon @sujees_gourmet_food peri peri masalaSalt to taste ½ teaspoon lemon pepper½ teaspoon fine red chilli powder (omit if you don't want it too spicy)2 tablespoons oil
Cook on low heat till done. Do not dry out. Serve with buttered corn on cob 😋Enjoy.
