RECIPE
Boil 1 packet stamkoring and ½ cup chana dhaal. Boil till mushy.I use a pressure cooker.Grind and set aside.Braise 2 chopped onions in ghee (Clarified butter).Add in 1 teaspoon whole pepper.Few cloves and few Taj.Add slit chillies. Add 2 teaspoon ginger garlic Add in 1 kg cubed fillets. 2 teaspoon salt4 teaspoon chilli powder 4 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric) Cook. Add in 3 liquidised tomatoes.CookAdd in chana mixture. Add about 2 cups water.Simmer on lowFry 3 sliced onions till crispy Add to haleemGarnish with lots of dhania (coriander). Serve with vinegar onions and lemon juice.Serve with naan or kitke bread
