INGREDIENTS
1 small tin sweet corn
2 eggs
¾ cup cake flour
Salt to taste
Spring onions chopped
Green dhania (coriander)
Ground green chilies to taste
1 onion cut into cubes
1 tablespoon oil
½ cup cheddar cheese
METHOD
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
Spray muffin pan with non- stick spray. Pour
mixture into muffins pans. Bake at 180C for +-
30 minutes, until golden brown. Serve hot.
