INGREDIENTS
1kg chicken fillets cut into chunky cubesWash and drain
In a bowl prepare marinate:2 tablespoons steers garlic sauce @steers.sa2 tablespoons Nando's lemon & herb sauce @nandosrsa2 tablespoons lemon juice2 tablespoons @nolamayonnaise creamy mayonnaise 1 teaspoon @sujees_gourmet_food ginger garlic masala 1 teaspoon @sujees_gourmet_food peri peri masala1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)1 teaspoon chicken spice1 teaspoon cajun spice2 tablespoons oil
METHOD
Mix wellMarinate chicken cubes. Skewer about 5-6 cubes per skewer. You can put cut up onion and/or peppers in between I omitted as my kids don't like it.
Set in oven tray and bake at 180 in a preheated oven. Keep basting with leftover marinade. Bake about 20-25 minutes depending on oven.
