INGREDIENTS
500g prawn1 Cup rice2 tablespoon butter½ onion chopped1 tablespoon sujees fish and prawn masala1 teaspoon crushed garlic1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon red chillies crushed1/4 teaspoon turmeric1 teaspoon cumin powder1 teaspoon coriander powder1 teaspoon saffron bloomed2 tablespoon tomato pasteChopped coriander for garnishing
METHOD
Boil and steam rice —> keep asideSauté onion in butter until translucent then add in spices,masala and tomato pasteCook for a couple minutesAdd prawn and allow to cook for 3-4 minutes Add rice and mix throughDrizzle over bloomed saffron and heat throughServe with raita poppadoms and salad
