Ready made tortillas.I made my usual tortillas recipe Used @unitedmeatsupply mutton patties
To assemble:I smashed the Pattie and fried it. Lay over sliced cheese Lettuce Chopped red and white onionsSauce:I mixed Mayo@minniesfoods peri peri sauce & steers peri peri sauce Put dollops on Lettuce Fry on low till cheese melts. I popped it in a low oven...Super simple & soooo deeeeelicious
