Boil 3 cups rice ½ way.Set asideFry 6-8 potatoes ½Ed set aside.
Braize 2 sliced onions in ghee (Clarified butter) with few cloves Taj peppercorns slit chillies whole jeeru (cumin).Add in 1 tablespoon @purespice_sa red masala 1 tablespoon @purespice_sa ginger garlic FryAdd in 1½ kg chicken pieces or fillets1 tablespoon crushed chillies 1 tablespoon chilli powder ½ tablespoon rustenburg chilli powder1 tablespoon dhana jeeroo ½ tablespoon arad (Turmeric)Few drops saffron essence Allow to cookAdd in 2 cups liquidised tomatoes 🍅 ½ tin Tomato 🍅 puree 250ml fresh cream
Cook 15 minutes
Add in fried potatoes Top with riceA handful fried onions dhania (coriander)Seal pot with foilSteam in oven for 40 minutes.
Serve with dahy and kachumbar
