3-6 potatoes,peeled,sliced thick for chips Oil for frying Half teaspoon baking powder Mochachos chips spice Colander
Heat oil in pot or frying pan, fry the chips till tender and white,remove chips, place into colander and toss while sprinkling the baking powder and half of your mochachos spice, Fry again till golden brown then toss once more in mochachos spice while hot.For best results do not use carlton roll.
