INGREDIENTS
Chicken pieces (I used skinless legs and fillet)Southern coating (your preferred flavour)To coat the Chicken you can use milk or cornflour slurry or flour slurry or eggs (I used a mixture of flour and cornflour slurry)
METHOD
Half cook / steam / boil the chicken with salt and pepper (I added green chilli paste too) for 10 minutes
Once done, dip in slurry and coat with southern coating (I double coated ie: repeat this process twice)
Fry when oil is very hot and then lower the heatAllow to fry till golden brown
I served with pap and tomato chutney
Can serve as a snack, with dips, or however you desire
