METHODMarinate 8-10 Loin ChopsWith 2 tablespoon Melted Butter or Margarine 1Tblsp Ginger garlic1 tablespoon Kashmiri Masala½ tumeric1 teaspoon Crushed Chilli flakes ½ teaspoon Black Or White Pepper powder 1Tblsp Vinegar Add 3 tablespoon Apricot Jam 1Tblsp Honey (optional can use either or just Apricot Jam)Add 3Tblsp Tomato Sauce 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce and 2 tablespoon Sweet Chilli sauce Keep it saucy ( add more sauce if you prefer)Little mixed herbsCook till soft Once almost done add Robot peppers and Little Onion Let it cook Garnish with Chopped Green dhania (coriander) Enjoy with cheesy Spaghetti as a Side Enjoy 😋
