INGREDIENTS
potatoes - cut in cubes
½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
salt to taste
fine green chillis
curry leaves
oil
mustard seeds
dhania (coriander) - finely chopped
METHOD
Add oild to the potTo this add the following:* arad (Turmeric)* mustard seeds* green chillies - according to tasteThan add the cubed potatoes.. mix it.. thereafter add water and allow to simmer Until the potatoes are soft and water absorbed,You can now garnish with dhania (coriander) and alternatively add fresh chopped chillies and toss.

can be used as a filling for potatoe samoosas or just as a side dish
