Baby potatoes halved & boiled till almost done. Drain well.
In a pot OilMustard seeds Whole jeera (cumin) Rough red chilllies Tumeric (arad (Turmeric)) Methi (Fenugreek) masala (I don't eat it cos it smells vile) so I substituted it with @gorimasculinary orange pepper spice. THE BEST SPICE IN THE ENTIRE UNIVERSE 🌍Salt to taste (as Methi (Fenugreek) & orange Spice has salt added)
Add boiled potatoes & coat well. Squeeze some fresh lemon juice. Add little water & steam.
