INGREDIENTS
Sponge Start by weighing 3 large egg in their shell.Whatever they weight, you will need to measure the same weight of the following: butter, sugar, and flour 1 teaspoon. Baking powder Pinch of salt1 teaspoon. Vanilla 2 tablespoon. Milk
Filling 300ml Whipping cream 3 teaspoon. Icing suagr 5 tablespoon. Strawberry jam Icing suagr for Dusting
METHOD
Cream butter and sugar for 5 minutes. Add in 1 egg at a time beating well after each addition. Sift the flour, baking powder, and salt into the cream mixture. Mix well and add the milk and vanilla and mix till well combined. Divide the batter into 2 and add the batter into 2 prepared tray ( line with parchment paper or Grease and dust with flour)Bake in a preheat oven @180c for 20 - 25 minutes. Let it cool completely.
Filling Beat icing sugar and Whipping cream together till it reach a stiff peak.
Assemble Layer a cake and spread the jam covering the whole cake now spread or pipe the Whipping cream. Layer the second cake and dust with icing suagr and decorate with Berries

You can also and strawberry on top of the jam before adding the cream
