INGREDIENTS
- 1 & ½ cup Moong dal-1 onion - 1 ½ teaspoon Ginger Garlic- 1 ¼ teaspoon Haldi- 1 teaspoon fine jeeru (cumin)- ½ teaspoon Chilli powder- Salt accordingly- 2 tomatoes grated
METHOD
Braise onion with chillies, whole jeeru (cumin), curry leaves, Once braised add in ginger garlic & soaked moong dal Add in all the spices and tomatoes and braise little while, add water accordingly & let it cook
INFO & TIPS
For some variation Can also add methi towards the end once its almost cooked n let it cook around 10 mins with methi, or can saute some green peppers and add to moong dal
