1 kg chicken pieces or fillet chunks Marinate with:Juice of 1 lemon π 1 teaspoon salt4 cloves minced garlic 2 tablespoon Nandos mozambican paprika sauce 1 teaspoon salt2 teaspoon chilli powder 2 teaspoon crushed chillies ΒΌ cup olive π« oil2 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger garlic masala 1 teaspoon oregano Marinate. Bake 40 minutes. Remove excess water.Pour over sauce.Bake further 15 minutes
Sauce:3 tablespoon butter Β½ cup Nandos mozambican paprika sauce Β½ cup Nandos sauce1 teaspoon ground green chillies 2 cloves minced garlic 1 teaspoon oregano Boil. Add in Β½ cup fresh cream. Simmer .

I served with savoury rice & Hasselbeck potatoes π₯
