Tasneem Jazbhay
250g butter
3 tablespoon water
1 cup chopped almonds
1 ½ cups sugar
1 ½ tablespoon liquid glucose
Milky bar or plain choc
Method
Mix all ingrediant s together and boil until
caramelise d
Pour onto baking tray, or smooth out on a
marble slab with a marble rolling pin
When cold, spread with milky bar or plain choc
Allow to set
Cut/break into desired shapes

1 half spoon liquid glucose dissolved in 3tble
spoon water.
1 cup chopped alm0nds
1 cup sugar.
Method
melt butter in pot on stove. Add sugar + glucose
mixture + alm0nds. Stir for 15mins till turns
caramel with wooden spoon. Add to a tray
smooth immediately ,cut and serve :)
