RECIPE

Steam 2 Cans Chopped and Sliced Green Beans Potato cut and cubed Keep aside
In a pot Add And heat little oil or ghee (Clarified butter)Add1 small Sliced OnionAllow it to saute Add1 Torn up Dry Red Chilli Little Whole Jeeru (Cumin) 1 piece tuj (cinnamon stick)1 teaspoon Ginger GarlicNow Add 1 Large Grated Tomato With 1& ½ teaspoon Kashmiri Chilli powder1 teaspoon Dhana jeera mix1 teaspoon tumeric1 teaspoon Aminas wet Masala OR1 teaspoon Kashmiri Masala Braise Now add about little less Than ½ Kg Cut up in small Pieces Mutton or Beef Let this cook till meats are soft add water if necessary Once done Toss in the Green Beans and Potatoes Add SALT TO TASTE Braise well Garnish with Chopped Green dhania (coriander) Enjoy with Roti and Achaar
