INGREDIENTS
500g mince[ mutton or beef]2 onions sliced2 green pepper sliced4 tomatoes [ liquidised]1 teaspoon ginger and garlic ½ teaspoon mixed herbs½ teaspoon dried thyme½ teaspoon crushed black pepper2 Tablespoon masala½ teaspoon turmeric powder3 small carrots cut up
500g spaghetti
METHOD
Boil water, before water comes to a boil add in the chopped up carrots, salt and some oil.When water boils add in the macaroni and mix.Remove and strain when macaroni is al dente
Fry onions in pan with peppers, add in mince and garlic, let mince fry then add in the rest of the spices, fry spices for a minute then add in tomatoes and salt to taste.Close lid and allow to cook for 20 minutes.Once oil rises up, mix in the macaroni and serve
