Adega Prawn Pasta

500g Prawns( Shelled and Cleaned)
1 teaspoon Gorimas Chillie Garlic paste
1 teaspoon Lemon Pepper
1 teaspoon Chilli Powder
1 teaspoon Salt
3 tablespoon Lemon Juice
3 tablespoon Tomato Puree
2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
2 tablespoon Butter
125 ml Fresh/Pouring CreamBell
Peppers (Red and Green)
METHOD
Marinate Prawns in all ingredients
except Butter and Cream for 1hour.
Boil linguini Pasta(or of your choice)
and Keep aside.Heat Butter in a non
stick Pan and cook Prawns on high for
4 minutes.Add Red and Green Peppers
(Julienne).Marinade should Reduce
but not dry out completely.Lastly Add
Cream and throw in PastaTransfer to a
Casserole Dish.Grate Fresh Parmesan
Over.Serve Immediately
