INGREDIENTS
2 small chickens
1¾ teaspoon salt
4 teaspoon chilli powder
4 teaspoon red masala
1½ teaspoon lemon pepper
2 teaspoon crushed jeeru (cumin)
¼ cup lemon juice
2 teaspoon peri-peri oil
½ cup ghee (Clarified butter)
½ tin tomato puree
¼ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoon chilli powder
METHOD
- Marinate chicken.
- Fry on both sides.
- When ½ done, pour sauce over and cook till done.
