1 kg fillets butterflied Marinate in:1½ cups buttermilk or 1½ cups milk and 2 tablespoon vinegar 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger 🫚 garlic
Combine:2 cups flour ½ cup maizena (corn flour) 2 tablespoon Mexican spice (I used my own homemade blend)
Dip fillets in flour Deep dry.Sprinkle 3 tablespoon Mexican spice over.Serve with chips 🍟
I served as fillet burgers 🍔
