Braise 1 chopped onion in ghee (Clarified butter) with 1 teaspoon whole jeeru (cumin) Add in 1 kg chicken mince 2 teaspoon green masala @purespice_sa 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger garlic 1 teaspoon Salt 2 teaspoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric) Black pepper Break up mince as it cooks. Add in 2 cups liquidised tomatoes and 1 cup chopped red and green peppers Add 1 packet tomato paste Cook till almost dry.
White sauce:3 tablespoon butter melt Add in 3 tablespoon butter Add in 2½ cups milkSalt and pepper Boil till slightly thick.Set aside
Assemble Lasagna.Little white sauceLasagne sheetsMince full Alternate layers
Pour over 250ml fresh cream
Sprinkle lots of cheese 🧀 cover with foil and leave 2 sit 1 hour b4 baking.Bake for 40 minutes.Leave 2 set for 20 minutes b4 serving
