Made simple
RECIPE
Mix any Halaal Jelly with less liquid only 200ml of hot water till dissolved Now Add200 ml Cold water let all the jylly sugars dissolve (NB: not using 225 ml)Pour into a casserole and allow to set completely in Fridge
Once done
In a pot on Stove use 500ml Milk Add bit of Elachi (cardomom) powderFew drops of Rose Essence
Now mix with little water 2 tablespoon China grass powder (Also known as Falooda or agar agar (falooda powder) powder) AND 2 tablespoon Custard PowderMAKE A PASTEAdd to the hot milk Add Rose Syrup OR Sugar to taste
(OR Any food Colouring if you don't have Rose syrup use colours that will enhance the look of the dessert)
KEEP STIRRING
Make a slight thick custard like texture not too thick Remove from Stove NOWADD 4 tablespoon Dessicated CoconutMix wellAllow to cool slightly for 5minGently Spoon this over the Set Jelly Sprinkle Almonds and more coconut over Allow to set in Refrigerator Again Once set Serve Chilled Enjoy 😋
