500g minceBraize 1 onion in ghee (Clarified butter) Add cinnamon stick, Elachi (cardomom) pods and whole jeeru (cumin)Add mince,followed by☑️1 teaspoon salt☑️2 teaspoon dhana☑️1 teaspoon jeeru (cumin)☑️1 teaspoon fine red chillies☑️1 tablespoon ginger garlic ☑️1 teaspoon stamp green chilliesCook until mince is done.Add 2 grated tomatoes☑️¼ teaspoon garam masala☑️1 tablespoon aamli chutney of your choice.☑️¼ cup peas
METHOD
Allow to cook until nicely absorbed, tender but not dry.Add 2 tablespoon tomatoe paste for a thicker gravy.Garnish with dhania (coriander).For the PavSoft buns slit through centre and butter, toast on frying pan on both sides until your preferred doneness.Serve with lemon and chopped onion & cucumber..Enjoy
INFO & TIPS
U can use chicken mince,however since chicken is usually a little dry I would suggest to maybe up the masala by ½tsp extra and maybe add some ghee once as it's almost done...
