INGREDIENTS
6 Slices of Bread6 Viennas of choice3 Slices of Cheese [break in half]Butter3 beaten egg yolks+- Half a cup of breadcrumbs
METHOD
Roll the bread with a rolling pin or can use a glass just to flatten it.Can remove the crumbs off the bread, but I didn't.Add butter to the breadAdd the viennaAdd half a slice of cheeseRoll it up and press the end closedDip in beaten egg mixture Then In bread crumbsFry on high heat, turning till comes brownEnjoy.
INFO & TIPS
My breadcrumbs were already seasoned
You can season yours if it's plain
With half a tsp of mixed herbs
Half a tsp of black pepper
And a pinch of aromat or salt.
