RECIPE
Make a Flour Slurry(Lai)
Use Crumbed Fish FingersCut in Halves (For Cocktail Size and Lightly Fry it(Not fully fried)
Then use Springroll cut in centreAnd keep the width of the strips the size of the cut fish finger(U may use Samoosa pur Strips)
Place each Fish Finger on the StripMake a sauce mix of mustard and mayo Peri Peri sauce paste on one side of the Fish Finger)Roll up one half way Now Paste it with a Flour Slurry and close up like a Cigar Dip in Egg Roll in Bread Crumbs Enjoy
