INGREDIENTS

1 kg chicken fillet, cubed small1 heaped teaspoon black pepper, freshly cracked2 teaspoons salt1 lemon, juiced2 teaspoons Italian herbs3 tablespoons double cream yoghurt
Olive oil, a drizzle
2 tablespoons butterMugg & Bean Jalapeño sauce, to taste, ½- ¾ cup (depends on how saucy you want it) 3 tablespoons pure, mild honey
METHOD
Marinate the chicken in spices & yoghurt for at least an hour.
Heat pan to high then add in oil. Add in chicken and cook until water burns out.Stir in butter and remove from heat. Finally add Jalapeño sauce and honey. Cool completely.
INFO & TIPS
Add fresh jalapeños, seeded and minced for a kick.🔥
