1 chicken – cut and washed
1 teaspoon mustard sauce
4 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 teaspoon ground green chillies
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
¼ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
1 tablespoon lemon juice or vinegar
3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
1 teaspoon salt
Marinate the chicken in the above ingredients
- Heat ghee (Clarified butter) and add the chicken.
- Cook over medium heat for half an hour or until done.
