Wash drain Chicken piecesAdd to Bauer or pot steam slightlyCoolNowAdd Marinade see belowKeep few hours1 Small grated onion1 Full tablespoon magic masala3 tablespoon any Malai marinade1 tablespoon Portuguese chicken spice 1 teaspoon crushed red chilli (optional) 1 teaspoon Dhana mix optional1 tablespoon chicken Tikka spice2 tablespoon yoghurt or maas3-4 tablespoon nestle or fresh cream Paprika for colourLittle lemon juice Add thyme rosemary Mix with 4 tablespoon melted butter or ghee (Clarified butter)And 2 tablespoon oil Salt to taste Adjust your chilli and saltRub over the chickenPlace in oven proof casseroleAdd steam sweet cut cobs Bake all together so the Marinate Seeps into the cornTaste again This will be not wet it will be slightly dry Optional for a Nando type flavour Any Nando sauces for extra flavourGrillServe with Portuguese rolls chips salads
