INGREDIENTS
2 chicken filletsOne tablespoon of Chilli powder (any kind)¼ Teaspoon turmeric powderOne tablespoon ginger and garlic(optional) 1 tea spoon of chicken spiceA finger full of rough salt One large onion chopped finelyA handful of dhunia+-3 green chillies (Your preference) One table spoon of butterAbout two cups of water
Pastry of your choice (I use today's pastry it makes about +_19 mini pies)Egg for brushing(Optional) Sesame seeds for garnish
METHOD
Steam the chicken fillets by adding the two cups of water, ginger garlic, turmeric chilli powder, Salt and chicken spice until cooked. Chop dhunia, chillies and onions finely and keep aside Once chicken is cooked and water is dried shred the chickenOnce the chicken is shredded add the chopped dhunia chillies and onionsAdd the tablespoon of butterPut back on to the stove to just melt the butter and mix well and remove from stove once the butter is melted
Cut the pastry into squares and fill once filling is cool after removing from heatBrush with egg and add sesame seeds on topBake 180 ° until done

You can add some extra butter for moisture In the pies
If you want to mix it up you can even add a cup of cooked sweetcorn and cheese to filling
