Cut Patta (Yam leaves (Madumbi Plant))
into halves or use Spinash Squares Fry lightly
Place on Puri dough made only with Maas or Yoghurt
Any Yeast dough Cover Allow any of the dough of your choice to stand for like 15 minutes
Then roll out not too thin cut the dough in rectangle lengths On one half make strips cutsthe other halfSmear Sweet chilli sauce on the dough then place the Patta (Yam leaves (Madumbi Plant))
squareNow weave the strips overLike in the image Egg brush ..sprinkle Sesame seedsBake for +-15 To 18 minutes at 180*Place under grill after baking if you prefer a more deeper gold lookPs: Remember the green from the Patta (Yam leaves (Madumbi Plant))
will make the puri kind of green 😊Enjoy
