Cut up some ready Fatima Patta (Yam leaves (Madumbi Plant))
in like small cubesOptional add some sugar to sweeten slightlyFry slightlyKeep aside
Make a tomato chutney withliquidised tomato and onion salt turmeric and chilli cook in very little oilAdd any hot sauce to it
Roll out a ready pastry dough into a rectangleSmear the chutney on the pastrySprinkle with the fried pattasRoll up tight like a Swiss rollKeep in freezer for 10 - 12 miniutesSo it will be easy to cut whirlsCut it 2 cm thickPlace on a greased baking trayEgg brush the top of the whirlsSprinkle poppy or sesame seedsThis can be frozen to be baked at a later stageWhen required bake at 180* for+-25 minutes or until light golden in colourEnjoy with dips
