INGREDIENTS

250 gr Butter½ cup Icing sugar 1 teaspoon Baking powder1 cup Corn flourpinch of Salt
Flour as required
Icing :2&½ cups Icing sugar200gr Butter, softened3 teaspoon MilkPink colouring

METHOD

Cream the Butter and sugar.Add in the rest of the ingredients besides the flour and beat well.Add enough flour to make a soft dough.Nozzle and bake on 180 degrees till done.
Icing :Cream the Butter and sugar. Add the milk and mix.Add enough pink food colouring to make a baby pink colour. Mix well.
Stick two biscuits together with the icing. Enjoy🌸🌸🌸
