1.) mix butter and sugar till fluffy.2.) add eggs and mix again.3.) lastly add the flour, baking powder,bicarb,vanilla and mix to form a soft but firm dough.4.) roll and cut in shapes.5.) bake for 9-11 minutes in a pre-heated oven (180 degrees) till golden brown.6.) leave to cool.7.) when biscuits are cold, join them with the salted caramel frosting and dust with icing sugar.
