1kg Chicken or beef mince. Red ginger garlic masala(acc. 2taste). salt. Fine dhannia jeeroo. 2 Onions. 1 big and 1 small Tin Italian tomatoes(liquidized). 1 tin Tomatoe puree. Parsley. Italian Herbs. Lemon pepper. 2 Chopped green peppers. Chopped chillies (optional). Mixed herbs. (sorry I don't have exact measurements, as its cooking, u taste and adjust accordingly).
Mix all ingredients and let simmer on low till cooked and consistency thick. Make a large quantity of white sauce. Place lasagne sheets in hot water to soften a little. I use the spinach lasagne sheets.Layer as follows. Little white sauce. Lasagne sheets. Mince. White sauce. Cheese. Lasagne sheets. Mince.Lots White sauce Cheese. Sprinkle Italian herbs and mix herbs. Bake til cheese has melted.
