INGREDIENTS

Coffee ghas

1lt milk
1 teaspoon ghas
Mix 1 ¼ teaspoon coffee and 1 ¼ teaspoon cocoa in a little
milk and add to above, bring to a boil

METHOD

Remove from heat add 1 tin condensed milk and
1 tin nestle cream, beat for a bit, pour in a dish
and allow to set. Decorate with flake or top deck
chocolate curls.
