INGREDIENTS
Khan's sweet chilli lamb sausage( I used 6)3 potatoes 3 green chilliesjeeru (cumin) seedsMustard seeds1 teaspoon orange pepperHalf teaspoon crushed red chilliesHalt teaspoon cracked black pepper SaltButter
METHOD
Boil sausages in a bit of water for few minutes, remove and add wedged potatoes into same water to boil till soft but firm. Drain water, add oil, jeeru (cumin), mustard seeds and fry for a few seconds then add potatoes, sausages, crushed chillies and pepper, fry till it gets crispy and brown. Add a little water to prevent burning, once water dries, add slit chillies.
INFO & TIPS
Serve with buttered bread or roti and chilli sauce
