INGREDIENTS

1 egg3 tablespoon Castor sugar½ teaspoon vanilla essence2 tablespoon oil2 teaspoon baking powder1 cup flour1 cup of milkPinch of salt

METHOD

Beat together the egg and sugar.Add vanilla essence, oil and salt - beat.Add flour and milk and beat until smooth.Lastly add baking powder and beat for just a few seconds.Spray and cook a pan and using a ladle pour onto the hot pan.Once you see bubbles it can be turned.Fry on medium heat.Serve with sides and toppings of choice.
