METHOD
- Cut +-6 to 8 Potatoes into wedges and deep fry until crispy- In a large frying pan heat up few tablespoon of garlic butter... then add Aromat (a South African Spice) , Ina Paarmans garlic pepper and Parsley- Toss the fried wedges into the melted butter mixture until all are well coated.- Serve hot and crispy off the frying pan
Perfect as a side to any chicken or meat dish

*If you don't have garlic butter , then just use normal butter and little bit of fresh crushed garlic.
& Aromat / Garlic Pepper can be substituted with normal Salt / Pepper
