RECIPE
Bloom 1 packet yeast2 tablespoon sugar1 teaspoon salt½ cup warm water 💧 Set aside for ½ hour.Add in:4 cups flour ¼ cup oil1 cup warm water2 tablespoon softened butter Knead above 2 a soft dough.Leave to rise for 1½ hours.Divide into 20 balls.Roll out 4 wraps and dry fry on hot tawa.
For bao bunsRoll into small oval disk. Brush ½ with oil. Fold over in ½. Steam in bamboo steamer or pot with steamer. Steam for 10 minutesOpen buns and Fill with :sauce of choice Crumbed chicken stripsLettuce and grated carrots 🥕 Sliced red ♥️ onions 🌰 dhania (coriander) 4 garnish.
