Basic Recipe Bake as cup cakes or Just a normal cake
Sift 2 Cups Flour with3 level teaspoon Baking powderKeep aside
Now Heat and melt 100g Butter½ Cup oil Now add 1 cup milk
1& ¼ Cup Sugar (I enjoy it sweet as I smear little Jam) once baked and cooled )Beat well till Smooth Add 2 Eggs (1 Egg at a time )Vanilla Essence Beat againAdd1 Cup Luke Warm MilkNow Gradually add dry ingredients whilst Beating to a smooth batter Pour into a greased Baking tray If you want to colour the batter add few drop food colouring randomly on batter work a fork through to get the colour patternAt this stage you may sprinkle almonds over or leave plainBake at 180* for 20-25 minutes or until done..poke the skewer in To see if done Once done cool completely Smear Apricot or Strawberry jam over ..Sprinkle with toasted dessicated coconut
